Prices published on our web site
All prices published on our website are in US dollars or in EURO (specified in every case) and include all taxes except for a municipal tax of 1.50 USD / person / night that needs to be paid directly to your hotel. All prices published on our website are subject to change according to the USD / Euro exchange rate fluctuation. In all cases, only the total amount as mentioned in the final quote sent to you by travel agent will apply.
Total amount included in final quote (send by Club Aventure Voyages)
The total amount displayed in your final quote is expressed in US dollars and includes all taxes (Tourist tax of 5% and VAT of 6%), except for a municipal tax of 1.50 USD (one dollar and 50 cents) / person / night that needs to be paid directly to your hotel.
We will honor that total amount for a maximum of 30 days after its date of emission.
Deposit
For all reservations, a deposit is required to hold your booking. Reception of your deposit will act as a confirmation of your reservation.
Availability for all services will be checked before we process any payment.

Passenger responsibility
All travelers are required to carry a valid passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months after the scheduled returning date.
Club Aventure Voyages cannot be held responsible for costs, expenses, or damages actual or consequential, resulting from the failure to obtain a valid passport and/or visa as required by the law of French Polynesia and France, or for the refusal of French authorities to admit the passenger to the French Polynesia territory for any reason whatsoever.
Club Aventure Voyages cannot be held responsible for missed international departure flight due to passenger failure to show on time at the airport.
6. Limitation of Club Aventure voyages responsability
Club Aventure Voyages and its suppliers will not be held responsible for any damage, delay or irregularity, expense or liability arising from sickness, theft, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, weather conditions, nor for any additional expenses or damages due to changes in advertised schedules or services, or any cause beyond their control.
Protection of funds
Club Aventure Voyages is registered with the Service of Tourism as a travel agency in accordance with the Licence xxx published by the Ministère de Tourisme of Quebec.
Limitation of Liability
Club Aventure Voyages assume no liability for the accuracy or validity of any information or the related graphics of this site. Further, Club Aventure Voyages makes no representations whatsoever about the suitability for any purpose of any of the information or the related graphics of this site.
